A Digital Marketing Manager is in charge of development digital marketing strategy aligning with overall marketing and retail business strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Development digital marketing strategy aligning with overall marketing and retail business strategy
  2. Implement and manage all necessary channels/ platforms (such as: Website, Mobile devices, Social media, Search engines, Display advertising and other channels) for implementing company’s digital marketing strategies
  3. Co-ordinate with cross-functions to deploy the approved campaigns online
  4. Monitor the campaigns efficiency and execute the necessary changes on time to improve its performance
  5. Oversee the budget and evaluate the result of digital marketing campaigns 
  6. Continuously search for new opportunities, monitor the market trends, and propose the ideas to grow the digital/online business for company
  7. Do A/B testing in order to firgure out digital best practice for retail store.
  8. Collaborate with business stakeholders to manage standard definitions for key business metrics
  9. Create & manage Pharmacity’s “Official Marketing Analytics Dashboards” for consumption, sales and acquisition across our business
  10. Conduct ad hoc & strategic analysis as needed
  11. Coach others on best practices for conducting/communicating analyses
  12. Train business stakeholders on self-serve business analytics tools
  13. Analyze & optimize performance of marketing campaigns & channels
  14. Monitor KPIs related to digital marketing performance

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. BA degree or above in marketing or related field
  2. Minimum 5 year experience of digital marketing management for agency or clients
  3. Experience in implementing and managing the digital marketing campaign including both paid media & own media
  4. Solid knowledge of technical development and analysis for digital platform (e.g., google adwords, Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends)
  5. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  6. Strong communication and presentation skill.
  7. Retail experience is the plus

    Technical skills

    Some technical skills that requires to be very hands on such as:

    • Agile Marketing
    • Facebook Pixel, ability to read the data, build custom reports/dashboards and come up with regular ideas based on data to improve our website or campaigns
    • Google Ads, ability to read the data, build custom reports/dashboards and come up with regular ideas based on data to improve our website or campaigns
    • Experimenting such as a/b testing or multivariate on Facebook Ads or Google Ads
    • Tools like Hotjar, Optimizely etc
    • Google Analytics, ability to read the data, build custom reports/dashboards and come up with regular ideas based on data to improve our website or campaigns
    • Run the Facebook, Google, or any other ads as required independent from any agency as we won’t have any agencies onwards
    • All type of re-targeting on Facebook, Google, Outbrain, etc
    • Technical ability to understand SEO and improve it
    • Social monitoring tools like SEMRush so as a result we appear to have higher engaging posts in top 10 compare to our competitors with lower cost and higher ROI
